To fit so eloquently into the palms of your hands, a dream. How you stand here now is how I will remember you forever, remember this. Lights graze upon your soft sunken cheeks reminding me of endless summer breezes wisping and grasping your hair, making your skin cling that much longer to me and those secrets you bare. Flower petals dance to the soft grass just below the glance of the sun. Hands clenched water runs deep in the veins of this earth. How compassionate is so easily mistaken in life. Where will we be now? How will we ever breath freely again? Laced veils disguise the bruised features taut in place to resemble features now so shocking blue. How did we get here? Why so broken? No truth?

I believed everything you said, wrote it on thin sheets of green tulle, now buried deep beneath thorn wreath.

Show me something real, I’m falling apart again..

I’m losing touch with this place…

Forget.

Nothing real……

Kiss the bare lips of my ghost.
